Cardiovascular Pharmacology and Toxicology

Our laboratory is dedicated to advancing the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics for cardiovascular diseases. We employ integrated preclinical and translational approaches to investigate thrombosis, hypertension, vascular dysfunction, obesity-related cardiovascular disease, and drug-induced cardiovascular safety liabilities. By combining in vivo physiology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and mechanistic studies, we seek to understand the biological processes that drive disease and identify novel therapeutic targets.

Ultimately, our goal is to translate fundamental discoveries into more effective treatments that improve human health.
